Soul Navigating Mentorship is not about fixing, improving, or becoming someone else. It is a living, relational process that supports the return to your true nature, the innate intelligence that already knows how to move, orient, and live when the noise of conditioning softens and transmutes.
This work meets you where your nervous system, soul intelligence, and lived experience intersect.
What This Mentorship Is Really About
In shamanic presence, true change does not come from insight alone. It comes from experience, from the body, the wind body, and the subtle field reorganizing themselves in real time. This is not a process of fixing or improving who you are, but of allowing what is already whole to reorient and move again.
Rather than working only with concepts, beliefs, or stories, this mentorship works with the living field of your life:
how your nervous system holds memory and meaning
how your human expression learned to adapt, contract, or protect in response to life
how your spirit and soul intelligence are ready to move now, once coherence returns
What many people call “blocks,” “patterns,” or even “wounds” are often intelligent responses formed at another time. They are not evidence of something broken or incomplete, but of a system that learned how to survive, belong, or stay safe within certain conditions. In this work, we do not pathologize those responses. We listen to them. We track them. We allow what has been frozen, fragmented, or held in suspension to reorganize without force.
Healing here is not something you do.
It is something that happens when coherence returns, and the soul’s wholeness is once again able to live through the body and wholeness.
Why This Is Mentorship - Not a Program
This work cannot be standardized because you are not standardized.
Every client enters with a different nervous system history, soul orientation, life rhythm, and threshold for change. Rather than fitting you into a framework, Soul Navigating Mentorship supports your natural way of perceiving, processing, and integrating experience.
Sessions are naturally conversational, intuitive, and field-based. They often feel less like being “worked on” and more like being accompanied while something essential comes back online. Many clients say this work feels difficult to name because it operates beneath language, yet its effects are deeply tangible.
This is why many people say it feels like more than mentorship.
How the Work Unfolds
Together, we gently open what is present without turning it into identity.
Rather than stopping at labels like unworthiness, trauma, self-love, or confusion, we listen for what lives underneath them, the subtle responses, protective orientations, and unexpressed movements held in the nervous system and wind body. From there, those elements can reorganize naturally, without creating a new story of being “wounded” or “healed.”
This process supports:
recalibration rather than regulation
integration rather than analysis
embodiment rather than performance
Your system learns how to move again in relationship with life, nature, and time.

Structure & Logistics
Soul Navigating Mentorship unfolds within a 10-week guided mentoring framework, with one-hour sessions held weekly or biweekly, depending on your natural rhythm. Between sessions, you may receive brief experiential invitations to support integration, not assignments, but gentle continuations that allow the work to settle and reorganize in lived experience.
You’ll also have ongoing email support throughout the mentoring experience as insights, questions, or shifts emerge. Sessions are held remotely via Zoom or phone, allowing you to meet the work from your own environment, where your nervous system and soul intelligence are already in relationship with daily life.

“I entered this program with a predetermined idea of where it was going and what I would accomplish. Spirit doesn’t exactly work that way. Yes, of course, we can set intentions but one is often surprised where it will lead us. I was amazed at how each piece revealed itself; how Eddie was able to pick up on it and see with pristine clarity what was needed and how to get there. I had a lot of work to do each week and it was not easy. It took a bit of concentrated time and focus to go deep and get to the root of what I was feeling and where that root developed or came from. It was so fascinating to watch it all unfold and seemingly be laid out before me. It was so obvious at the time that I was amazed I didn’t see it myself, however, we do tend to gloss over and push aside those things that are uncomfortable. Eddie helped me to see that the past cannot hurt me anymore.
He guided through the tangled web I had created to keep myself safe and small.
Eddie would ask me the hard, deep questions that helped me to see what the truth was and is. It was this “going deep” that really made all the difference.
