Private Session

If your nervous system won’t settle, if you feel fragmented, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your own aliveness, this work begins there. When something beneath the surface is asking to be met, the body often knows long before the mind has language for it.

These sessions are a live, relational experience of listening to what is already moving through your system. Through intuitive listening, somatic and shamanic tracking, we create space for your nervous system, Wind Body, and soul intelligence to speak in the way they naturally communicate together. Nothing is imposed or interpreted from the outside. We follow what is revealed in real time.

As you speak, your system is already organizing itself. We listen for where energy has tightened or paused, where the body is bracing, where identity or old relational patterns are being held in place. This tracking happens simultaneously with conversation, allowing what has been fragmented, protected, or stalled to begin reorganizing from within the body. At times, this work may include guided experiential processes or journey work specific to what has been revealed, allowing you to feel the movement and reorganization as it happens in real time.

This is not healing done to you. It is what naturally emerges when your system feels safe enough to soften, to orient, and to return to its own intelligence. Sessions may involve somatic shifts, emotional release, clarity around life transitions, or a quiet but profound sense of re-settling into yourself.

Each session unfolds differently, guided by what your system is ready to release, integrate, or remember. There is always space for questions, reflection, and integration. Some people feel immediate change; others notice a deepening over the days that follow. There is no prescribed outcome and no right way for this work to move.

Format: 60-minute private session via Zoom or phone

Availability: Single sessions or ongoing work, depending on what your system is asking for.
